Near to airport, parking, friendly staff. This hotel was a great find for our early morning flight. The location was in close proximity to the airport, and the parking felt secure. Despite leaving before breakfast hours, the staff kindly made us a coffee. The evening receptionist was outstandingly friendly and helpful.

The room didn't have any windows, the staff when we arrived didn't seem too friendly, the fire alarm went off and on throughout the evening and there was a light that flashed throughout the night as well! The location of the hotel was in an awful place and really far away from the train station.

The Buono is a great place to stay near the Naples airport. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are clean and the public spaces are pretty. Desk staff are very nice. The neighborhood is kind of scruffy but that's what you get near the airport. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel in Naples impressed me in several ways. First, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. Second, the hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my travels. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with nice pastries included at breakfast.

1.7 kms from station when in fact it states close to station..took 40 mins to walk it with suit cases. Nearest restaurant open was 1.5 kms away. No bar/restaurant facilities that were open. Location miles from anyway and next door virtually to what looked like a huge prison!!!
